If it is only vibration, the transmission speed can not reach the requirement: check whether the electromagnetic gap is too large. The spacing between the electromagnet and armature in the normal gap corresponds to the small vibration disc in the range of 0.5MM to 1.2MM. The degree of parallelism between the iron core and the armature working face is not greater than 0.02MM. If there is no problem in the electromagnetic gap, check whether the spring is broken or not, and check whether the screw of the fastening element is loose.
